Mithi announces a SendGrid connector for Vaultastic

SendGrid is an industry-disrupting, cloud-based email service to solve the challenges of reliably delivering emails on behalf of growing companies. Today, SendGrid is the market leader in email deliverability. The powerful cloud-based solution sends transactional and marketing email for hundreds of thousands of customers, allowing them to focus on their business, instead of their email infrastructure. The solution serves some big and bright companies including Airbnb, Glassdoor, Spotify etc

Most businesses use a core primary mail platform like Office 365, GSuite, Zimbra, SkyConnect, etc. for day to day mailing needs by their users, and have to rely to on platforms like SalesForce, SendGrid, CRMS like HubSpot, their ERP solutions, etc to run campaigns and send auto-generated notifications and reports to customers.

Setting up marketing campaigns, credit card, and other business system notifications are easy and convenient through SendGrid. However as these emails (often sent in bulk and sent to customers, and partners) don’t go through your primary mail system, it is essential to find a way to store/archive a copy of these email for security and review at a later date. This is where the new SendGrid Connector in Vaultastic can help.Using this connector, Vaultastic can ingest and store all the mail that has been sent out using SendGrid. These mail are now part of your archive email store in your Vaultastic account, are indexed on the fly and are search ready at all times.

Setting up this new connector is easy, and once setup, all outbound email from SendGrid are ingested over a specific journal id on your Vaultstic account and stored in your vault. Companies can now monitor campaigns & notifications that have been sent and search for old email communications using Vaultastic’s ediscovery interface.

Vaultastic with a tamper-proof vault does not support accidental or malicious deletion of mail, ensuring users the availability of all emails on a separate infrastructure.
