Mithi Software launched their Mithi Academy last week, aimed at recent engineering graduates looking to get a glimpse into real world expectations.
“Our engagements with students, freshers & colleges have highlighted gaps in the readiness of students for the industry in terms of how they understand concepts and processes. While the technology space & innovation in the Industry is leaping ahead, the education system is unable to (also understandably cannot) keep up with this scorching pace.” Sunil Uttam, Co-founder, Mithi Software Technologies.
The Mithi Academy, will consist of a series of free, consistent, online training sessions. These will range from foundational elements to advanced concepts across the people, process, technology aspects. This is Mithi’s CSR (Corporate Social responsibility) initiative to help complete the education for the computer science and IT engineers.
The online training sessions will be created and conducted by Mithi Software’s in-house domain experts. The recordings along with slides will be available on demand for ready reference.
“We feel a continuous education program on the current technologies, methods and Industry specific processes, which augments the university education program in parallel, can help bridge this gap to a large extent.” Sunil Uttam, Co-founder, Mithi Software Technologies.
The Mithi Academy inaugural course covers the topic of Understanding the gap from graduation to being industry ready, held on 31st January, 2019.
